Who Even Is This Girl?

Jamilah (she/her) is a professional storyteller from Pensacola, Florida (also known as Lower Alabama). From the day she was cast in her high school's production of Grease her Freshman year, she has been enthralled by the theatre world and has been committed to developing her craft as an actor/singer/writer ever since.

When Jamilah is not on stage, she can be seen engaging in her various creative interests. Her mission as a philanthropic artist is to utilize her personal experiences as an Afro-Latinx woman to devise her own work through screenplays and poems. She hopes to bring visibility and diversity to media in order to bring the narrative of her identity groups to a mainstream audience.

Off-stage, she is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, greatly enjoys volunteering with local non-profits, and spends countless hours playing The Sims 4.
